Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes the activities that are not allowed on PredictOS. It exists to keep the product safe, calm, and useful for people planning around irregular income.

• Using the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
• Misrepresenting yourself, another person, or an organization while using the Service.
• Using the Service to plan, support, or hide activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive.

Do not use PredictOS to engage in or facilitate any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdictions where the Service is hosted or accessed.

Do not use the Service to plan, model, or coordinate fraudulent invoicing, money laundering, tax evasion, sanctions evasion, or any other deceptive financial activity.

Do not submit content — through the Service, support channels, or community spaces — that harasses, threatens, or targets any person or group.

• Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without written permission.
• Do not breach or otherwise circumvent any security or authentication measures.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Do not use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Service in ways that exceed normal use, harm performance, or extract content at scale without permission.

Do not upload, post, or share content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or organization.

Do not attempt to access, view, modify, or interfere with the accounts, financial inputs, or planning data of any other user. This includes guessing identifiers, tampering with requests, or exploiting bugs to read data that is not yours.

We may investigate suspected violations and take action that we consider appropriate, including warning, suspending, or terminating accounts, removing content, and cooperating with law enforcement when required.
